Looking for a new challenge as a metal specialist (m/w/d)? Then this is your chance:
We are currently assembling a team for the serial production of new, high-precision technology products. We are looking for a passion for technology, team spirit and a desire to learn a lot with us. Do you want to?

• You will start with comprehensive training, where we will familiarize you with our vacuum melting furnaces and our products.
• Afterwards, you will take over the melting/casting of complex high-tech products according to manufacturing instructions, work plans, specifications and drawings – of course while taking into account the predetermined end dates in the production order.
• You will independently prepare the materials, semi-finished products and casting tools (e.g. crucibles, funnels, molds) necessary for the casting process.
• Rolling, straightening and annealing of material scraps … you will also have the side processes under control.
• Highest quality and precision are the be-all and end-all, which is why we place great importance on honest feedback and your suggestions for further improvement of our production processes.
• You will carry out quality checks using ultrasound.
• Of course, performing plant maintenance and maintaining the maintenance-relevant documents are also part of your duties.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a metal specialist (m/w/d), process mechanic / process technologist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the melting area is desirable, but not required
• Technical understanding, a very exact working method and the joy of making good things even better
• Quick comprehension and an independent, proactive approach to new tasks
• Fit in reading manufacturing drawings
• Good MS-Office skills
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift, possibly also 3-shift)
• Good German language skills, clarity and openness in communication
