Metallfacharbeiter/Zerspanungsmechaniker

Are you looking to take on challenging tasks in a modern and future-proof production environment? Then become a Metallfacharbeiter/Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) and be an important part of our team! In this position, you will manufacture high-quality components and contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of our production. You will work independently and responsibly on state-of-the-art CNC machining centers. Your main tasks include:

• Independently processing (turning/milling) high-quality components according to manufacturing instructions, work plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Independently creating and optimizing CNC machining programs
• Setting up and configuring machining centers to ensure a smooth production process
• Performing quality checks and evaluating the manufactured components
• Maintaining and servicing the equipment and machines including documenting all maintenance-related activities
• Resolving equipment downtimes to minimize downtimes
• Material bookings and management in the SAP system

• Completed vocational training as a Metallfacharbeiter (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in turning/milling, preferably with CNC machines
• A very precise working method and a passion for making things even better
• Quick comprehension and an independent, proactive approach to new tasks
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings
• Good MS-Office skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift, possibly also 3-shift)
• Good German language skills, clarity and openness in communication
