The Process Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and productivity. This role leads process improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with engineering, operations, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in diaper manufacturing, and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement that enhance manufacturing performance and operational excellence.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven process improvements.
• Develop and prioritize operational improvement roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.

Operations & Technical Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and operational capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance during process improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis & Strategic Planning

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process enhancements.
