Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off within a 6-week schedule
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Rotating call every 6-7 days, with some late shifts as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted RN license
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum of 1 year dedicated neuro OR circulating experience
• Proficiency with DaVinci Xi, general surgery (including urology, GYN), and orthopedics (scopes, arthroplasty, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, Beach Chair positioning)
• Flexibility with case types and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care
• Maintain advocacy for each patient throughout the surgical process
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary surgical teams
• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced OR environment
