Meat Manager Trainee

Position: MEAT MANAGER TRAINEE
Harps Food Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations, including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and equipment safety.;
Oversee replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and reconciliations.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, displays, and signage.;
Ensure fresh food preparation and production meets food safety standards and service counters requirements.;
Monitor and enforce safety programs and training within the department.
