As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive team environment. You’ll work alongside like-minded peers and support the Store Manager in driving team success, maximizing efficiency, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

• Lead & Motivate – Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high‑energy team culture that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Train & Develop – Ensure team members are properly trained and continuously improving.
• Deliver Excellence – Provide outstanding customer service and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
• Drive Performance – Monitor store operations and support sales growth through coaching and teamwork.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance – Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Operational Support – Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and overall business performance.

• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills – Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
• A passion for customer service – A guest‑first mentality with a commitment to delivering a great experience.
• Adaptability & problem‑solving – Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility – Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Experience – Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Physical requirements – Ability to lift or move 25 pounds.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required.
