Assist in meat department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.;
Support meat department replenishment & inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and supplies usage.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotating displays, signing, and overall department procedures.;
Ensure proper food safety and labeling of products, including packaging, weighing, and pricing according to guidelines.;
Uphold Harps’ policies and foster customer service and integrity in daily operations.
