Oversee meat department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department financial goals;
Support replenishment and inventory procedures for meat department (ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation);
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards (stocking, displays, sampling);
Follow food safety production guidelines for fresh meat and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and weighing;
Adhere to equipment procedures, safety standards, and incident/issue resolution with a focus on customer service and teamwork
