We are looking for an experienced, reliable Handyman or Craftsperson who takes pride in doing high-quality work and treats customers with respect. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team that values both craftsmanship and character.

• Full-time W2 employment (not a subcontractor role)
• Field-based work with support from our office team
• Company vehicle may be available based on performance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Work independently while maintaining professionalism and strong communication

• Drywall repair and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation and repair (vinyl, tile, wood)
• Light plumbing and electrical (fixtures, caulking, smoke detectors)
• Door and window repairs
• Fence and deck maintenance
• Tile backsplash and bathroom updates
• Gutter cleaning and siding repairs
• TV mounting, furniture assembly, and general home improvements

You’ll handle everything from small repair lists to multi-day projects. We do not take on large-scale remodels, HVAC, or roofing.

• 5+ years of experience in residential handyman or remodeling work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, professional, and respectful communication
• Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking

• Experience with smart home device installation (TVs, thermostats, cameras)
• Familiarity with pet-friendly or senior-accessible modifications
• Light concrete, masonry, or outdoor work
• Custom carpentry or storage solutions
