A popular amusement park in New Jersey is looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service during check-in and throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with customer service. The ideal candidate is 18 years or older, has general computer knowledge, and can work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, operating the front desk management system, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
