Position Overview

Our client is a thriving community outpatient medical center seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care on a full-time basis, with scheduling flexibility. The successful candidate will be a skilled and compassionate clinician, ready to serve as an integral member of a deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.

This position is based in a safe, vibrant, and welcoming suburban community in New Jersey — just a comfortable distance from New York City and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and minor oral surgical procedures
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, root canals, and other indicated treatments
  • Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team within an integrated medical and dental care environment
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date patient records in accordance with established standards
  • Adhere to all applicable infection control protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards of dental practice
  • Remain current with advancements and best practices in the field of dentistry
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
  • Current dental licensure in the state of practice
  • Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dental procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-quality, supportive outpatient environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based care model
Compensation & Benefits
