FTS, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Controller to ensure smooth financial operations across its property portfolio in Jackson, New Jersey. In this hands-on role, you will manage reconciliations, journal entries, and support the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of experience in accounting, and familiarity with GAAP principles. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Yardi or App Folio is advantageous.
