Pay: $18.76 (weekend) / $19.76 (weekend) per hour
Shift: Thursday 11 pm – 9 am;
Friday & Saturday 11 pm – 7 am
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Overnight Direct Support Specialists (DSPs) in Jackson, NJ. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support, guidance, and mentorship to men with disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines
- Provide support with hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs
- Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
- Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
- Daily pay available

- Valid driver’s license
- 20 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
