Physician Recruiter

Emdego Provider Partners is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and permanent physician / APP placement nationwide. We are looking for a motivated, driven, and relationship-focused Physician Recruiter to join our team onsite.

This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to grow in sales, recruiting, or healthcare staffing. Prior locum tenens experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

• Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide
• Build relationships with healthcare providers through calls, texts, email, and Linked In
• Match providers with locum tenens and permanent opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing steps, and onboarding
• Work closely with leadership and sales teams to help support hospital and healthcare clients
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Help grow and strengthen Emdegos provider network

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, competitive, and self-driven personality
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales, recruiting, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
