Network Administrator - Jackson Township.
Police Department is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time Network Administrator position.
Responsibilities- The administration, maintenance, security, and support of the Department’s computer systems, networks, servers, hardware, software, and specialized law enforcement technology.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
- Managing user access.
- Maintaining network infrastructure.
- Assisting with server administration, cloud‑based services, virtualization, backups.
- Implementing new technologies.
- At least seven (7) years of professional network administration experience with at least 18 college credits in a related field, OR
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of professional experience.
- Industry‑recognized IT certifications.
- Experience supporting law enforcement or municipal technology systems is preferred.
Salary range: $74,608–$122,034.
