The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jackson, NJ. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor stone-cutting and finishing machinery to process marble and granite slabs according to specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, performing routine machine adjustments, measuring and inspecting finished pieces for accuracy and quality, and safely handling hand tools and equipment. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, reporting equipment issues, and following safety procedures and production schedules.

Collaboration with supervisors and team members is required to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of customer orders.

• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills and experience working with industrial Machinery.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Hand Tools used in cutting, shaping, and finishing stone or similar materials.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including measuring, inspecting, and verifying product specifications.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
• Experience in stone, construction, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or work orders and follow written instructions.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physical ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
