Join as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in the home environment.
Responsibilities Include- Supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Delivering personalized, consistent care in a safe and supportive setting
- Following care plans with RN oversight and adhering to safety protocols
- Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate License
- Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willingness to train
