What You'll Do

As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience - one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include:

* Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.

* Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles.

* Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
