What You'll Do As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
