Employer will transport workers daily between reporting address and additional worksites:
Atlantic, Ocean, and areas of Atlantic City-Hammonton, NJ, New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ.

90 Landscape Laborer positions available for a temp, full-time seasonal position 04/01/2026 to 11/30/2026. Poss daily/wkly hrs: 8AM-4PM 35+ (plus) not inc lunch/breaks, M-F. Poss weekend/holiday wrk. Start/end times, offered hours/OT could vary. (OT poss, but not req. or guaranteed. If OT is wrked, wage is paid @ time & a half per hr wrkd beyond 40 hrs each wk.)

Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hrs, occasionally in extreme heat/cold. Variable weather conditions; hrs may fluctuate (+/-), poss downtime and/or OT. OT not required. Emplyr will comply with all applicable federal, state & local law pertaining to OT hrs.

$21.91/hr up to poss $25/hr OT $32.87/hr up to poss $37.50/hr wage may vary DOE. Employer will comply with all applicable Federal, State and local employment-related laws and regulations such as wages, breaks, hrs wrked. At Emplyrs discretion: poss raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors (wrk performance or skill) not guaranteed; poss cash advance (if applicable/requested by wrkr, potential deduction from wrkrs paycheck).

• Remove loose trash and debris from landscape area before mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing and raking.
• Maintain Irrigation systems.
• Understand proper use of hand tools such as rakes, shovels and shears.
• Lay materials such as landscape fabric, mulch and sod & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).
• Must show proof legal authority to wrk in US.
• Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free wrk zone.
• Lift, balance, handle, position, move, manipulate materials-use static strength to exert max muscle force to push, pull, carry up to 50lbs.

No min. education req. OJT avail. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform wrk described & must be avail. for entire period specified & wrk throughout all areas of intended emplymnt.

• Transportation & subsistence will be reimbursed (by check 1st wrk wk) for cost from the place wrkr has come to wrk for emplyr, whether in US or abroad, to place of emplymnt.
• Daily subsistence will be provided @ current CONUS RATE (currently $16.28/day during travel to a max of $68 per day w/ receipts).
• Upon completion of the wrk contract or where wrkr is dismissed early, emplyr will pay for wrkrs reasonable costs of return transport & subsistence back home or to place wrkr originally departed to wrk, except where wrkr will not return due to subsequent emplymnt w/ another emplyr.
• Guarantee of employment for a total # of wrk hours equal to @ least three-fourths of the wrkdays of each 12-wk period.
• All wrk will be done w/ emplyr provided tools, supplies & equip w/o charge or deposit.
• Wage paid every wk. All deductions required by law will be done by emplyr.
• Will reimburse wrkr in the first wrkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing & other related fees, including those mandated by govt, incurred by wrkr (not including passport).

Will use a single wrkweek as its standard for computing wages due. Any wrkr who voluntarily abandons emplymnt is not entitled to payment for outbound transportation or full 3/4s Guarantee described.
