About Us

We run a clean, organized, fully equipped and busy diesel repair shop in Jackson, N.J. We handle everything from medium-duty commercial trucks to heavy-duty fleets and equipment. We pride ourselves on an honest, no-drama shop culture where your hard work is noticed and rewarded.

The Opportunity (Why Join Us?)

Are you a B-rate tech who feels stuck doing nothing but oil changes, tires, and basic PMs? Are you tired of working for a shop that promises to train you but never does? Are you an A-rate tech looking for more opportunities, and to be more valued? Are you looking for the Shop where you know you will reach your full potential?

We are actively looking for a skilled, independent mid-level mechanic who wants to grow, or an A-level mechanic who wants to soar to the heights of your potential. If you have the drive, we will give you the complex diagnostics, internal engine work, and mentorship needed to get you to a higher pay tier.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Perform intermediate diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical, air brakes, hydraulic systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Handle component swaps, including starters, alternators, water pumps, injectors, turbochargers, fuel pumps, engines, etc.
  • Conduct steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
  • Complete comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections and accurately document findings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years minimum of professional hands-on diesel or heavy equipment repair experience.
  • Tools: Must have your own roll cart/toolbox and standard trade tools.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of standard medium/heavy-duty truck systems. Scan tool experience is a major plus.
  • Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player. A clean driving record is required (CDL is a plus, but not required)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay (not flat-rate!) with performance reviews.
  • Steady, year-round indoor work.
  • Mon Fri daytime schedule (Go home to your family on weekends!).
  • Paid Time Off, Training, Health Insurance

How to Apply:

We are looking to fill this position within the next 2 3 weeks. If you are ready to upgrade your career and work with a team that respects your skills, apply today with your resume or a brief summary of your work history.
