Overview
Home Health Aide (HHA) / In-Home Caregiver (including STNA, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP/DODD) is a position serving Jackson County, OH and surrounding areas. Care location and travel include Jackson, Wellston, McArthur, and adjacent counties. Caregivers may travel to clients within a stated radius from home.
Responsibilities- Personal care, hygiene, and ADL assistance
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Proactive observation and thorough electronic documentation
- Follow a written Plan of Care
- Support client independence and safety
- Professional, caring behavior toward clients, families, and teammates
- Weekdays (daytime) with approximately 10-30 hours to start
- Additional hours up to 40+ per week available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends (if desired)
- Long-term (2+ years at HCN) — Part-Time or Full-Time
