1st Shift Machine Operator FULL-TIME

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Machine Operator position, joining our Jackson, OH team.

• SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday
• SHIFT: 3:30am-3:30pm
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

• Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen, and preplacement screening to test physical abilities.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training.
• Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.
• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Good balance on slippery surfaces.
• Can sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.

• Operation of computerized weigh heads, Hayssen and TNA packaging machines, and Blueprint automatic case packers.
• Observe machines to ensure correct packaging film, product package weight, price, and code date are set for overall package integrity.
• Prepare machines for production start-up, including changing rolls of packaging film and ink tape as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize plant and equipment including seasoning trays, machines, floors, ovens, etc.
• Ensure manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, covering production orders, materials, and finished goods.
• Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Other ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned.
