RN Maternal​/Newborn- Visiting Nurse

MATERNAL/NEWBORN VISITING RN (In Scioto, Pike, Lawrence, Adams, Highland, Brown, Jackson and Gallia counties)

• $150.00 per initial Maternal/Newborn visit Per Diem Status

• Conduct a physical assessment and collect health history on mom and infant
• Act as a liaison between patients and their families and the care team
• Provide education on infant care, safe sleep, postpartum emotions and household safety
• Provide lactation support and identify needs for community referrals

• Registered Nurse with Pediatric and/or Postpartum Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in Pediatrics and/or Postpartum
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
