Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification.
- Documentation regarding prior employment.
- Compliance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED, or Military service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
