Staff Accountant Oriented

LHH is partnered with a growing healthcare organization on a Staff Accountant search that is open due to an internal promotion.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, along with flexible hours when in the office. The company provides excellent benefits, including four weeks of PTO and additional offerings. $70-$80K + 10% Bonus

• Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries related to cash, accruals, inventory, fixed assets, leases, intercompany activity, and other related accounts
• Perform and maintain balance sheet and bank reconciliations, including daily cash activity and month-over-month variance analysis
• Assist with cash management and treasury activities, including wire processing, deposit tracking, and monitoring returned items
• Support inventory and cost accounting processes, including roll forwards, reserve analysis, and excess or obsolete inventory review
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal accounting policies, audits, and tax-related requests
• Provide cross-functional support through ad hoc analysis, special projects, and backup coverage for accounts payable and expense processing

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• One to two years of relevant accounting experience
