We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Brentwood, TN. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!
What Is This Great Career Opportunity?As an Automotive Tire Technician you are the backbone of our business. You will receive competitive, guaranteed base compensation plus additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable.
Responsibilities- No experience is needed; you will receive paid training. During the introductory period, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians earn guaranteed weekly bonus payments totaling up to $800.
- Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
- Achieve weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
