Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic
Rod's Tire & Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team.
This position is located in Medina, TN
, and we're actively recruiting qualified technicians throughout the Jackson area who are ready for a long-term opportunity with an established independent repair shop. We offer TOP PAY.

Medina, TN (Jackson, TN Job Market) | Full-Time | $35–$55/hr Flat Rate

What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems
- Complete maintenance services and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Identify repair needs through thorough inspections and diagnostics
- Produce accurate, high-quality work in an efficient manner
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to keep work moving smoothly
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience in a shop environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
