Essential Functions- Research customs duties, import taxes, export tariffs, export classification, and preferential trade agreements related to the assigned world tariff region.
- Provides language translation and interpretation of data to enter into the world tariff trade regulation data base.
- Monitors assigned world tariff region for changes in trade regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Planning, organizing, and communications skills required.
High school diploma/GED.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years experience in international trade, business, economics, or languages.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Oral and written proficiency in one or more foreign languages. Ability to handle multiple tasks; good planning, organizing, and communications skills required.
Preferred QualificationsProficiency in a foreign language.
Work Location and ScheduleDesired location:
Memphis, TN. Remote option is available. Employees are required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week.
