Financial Analyst
Provide technical support and leadership to the Properties & Facilities team while performing planning and analysis on development of complex domestic and international facility projects which support corporate objectives and ensure cost effectiveness. Lead VP area Business Plan Process.
Job DescriptionUnder minimal supervision, performs complex facility administration and business data analysis. Proactively manages and prioritizes assigned projects, driving initiatives forward independently with little day-to-day direction.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or another quantitative discipline, MBA preferred
- Seven (7) years related experience in facility administration and business data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a diverse workload, and solve problems with minimal guidance
- Experience in developing and giving PowerPoint presentations to management
- Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills required
