Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve productivity and profitability
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with our marketing, operations and accounting departments to improve operational performance internally and externally.
- Validate and review data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues within reporting and analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness
Our hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life‑balance and do our best to limit this.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to perform data validation, transformation, and analysis
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
- Effective communication and ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
