Position

Full‑time Shift Supervisor – Jackson Madison County General Hospital, 620 Skyline Drive, Jackson, TN 38301.

Monday–Friday, weekends required. 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• Prior management experience preferred.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Serve as mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and seek advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
