• Process weekly hourly payrolls for all Ashley Companies, including employee miscellaneous deductions, hours/wage data via AS400 and Excel, and driver trip packets.
• Import data into HRIS, make necessary adjustments, and run and verify payroll reports.
• Print and sort payroll checks.
• Co‑ordinate with offsite payroll departments, internal departments, and supervisors to ensure completeness of weekly payrolls.
• Prepare payroll reports and perform audits of information entered by Human Resources.
• Conduct clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, review of scanned documents, and handle payroll‑related calls and inquiries.
• Answer questions from supervisors and employees regarding pay.

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience. (Required)
• At least 6 months of hands‑on payroll experience, or general office experience. (Required)
• Experience with computerized payroll systems and document management systems is desired.
