Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a League Marketing Leader in the Power Products division, based in Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC. This role serves as the voice of the market for the Lighting Panel board product range.
Responsibilities- Lead ongoing market, customer, and technology intelligence to inform strategic direction and anticipate trends
- Drive competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and value drivers
- Guide value-based pricing approach, including reference pricing and market positioning considerations
- Shape differentiated value propositions and offer positioning aligned with customer needs and market dynamics
- Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable inputs for product strategy and prioritization
- Influence and challenge backlog priorities to ensure alignment with business value and competitive positioning
- Develop a robust offer range strategy across key segments of focus
- Support development and evolution of product/portfolio roadmaps aligned with market needs
- Drive portfolio prioritization, including gap identification, trade-offs, and cross-functional alignment
- Contribute to lifecycle and business case activities to support investment and portfolio decisions
- Support execution of strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment to objectives
- Lead simplification efforts to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and streamline ways of working
- Partner with Product Owners, marketing, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and strong stakeholder engagement across regions and functions
- Collaborate with Marketing Leaders in other Leagues/LOBs to ensure consistency of roadmaps and strategic direction
- Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to anticipate market shifts
- Experience in value-based pricing and offer positioning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
