PRINCIPLEACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide daily administrative support which includes tracking various projects currently includes tariff spend and rebates and letters requesting rebates. It also includes tracking purchasing orders and for other projects to make sure they are received by the supplier and noted in the system. Also provides follow-up on outage projects to check on progress and expedite as needed at various mills or on large projects.
This position will track our progress on changing existing supplier payment terms to our new 1%15/Net 60 terms. - Assist with on demand tasks and projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the department as needed if available.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3+ years' previous work experience in a business environment.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous work experience as a member of a team, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing between team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Some college or administrative training.
- Strong attention to meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals throughout the company on departmental procedures, policies, and requests for information.
- Salary range for position: $46,000-$50,000.
