Global Product Manager – Tap Changers

Responsibilities

• Drive business success and innovation through end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Analyzing sales, margins, costs, and trends to ensure competitiveness and financial sustainability
• Defining segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitoring technology trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously evolve offerings
• Working closely with engineering, sales, and application teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong execution
• Interacting with key customers to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and incorporate feedback into product development
• Supporting internal teams with marketing materials and training to ensure a strong understanding of the value proposition across the organization

• A university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a business degree is a plus)
• Strong industry knowledge of transformers and tap changers, including services and monitoring solutions
• 7+ years of experience in areas such as Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or Service in a global environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage B2B relationships and partnerships
• A results-oriented mindset, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach
• Experience working across different countries and cultures
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–30%
