We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant to join our Stars Consulting Center of Excellence within the Consulting team. This Consultant will be a hands‑on doer with prior health plan experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings performance and will build the analyses and deliverables that power Stars consulting engagements across CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence, and operational measures.

• Utilizing Press Ganey and client data assets and resources to consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry change and opportunities for improvement and growth in complex situations while being able to adapt to changing circumstances and new requirements.
• Partnering with health plan and medical groups to complete data analysis, data interpretation, and process design to identify, recommend, and solve business problems.
• Constructing and leading data analysis across Stars measure domains (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence, and operational measures), including measure‑level performance trending, cutpoint and gap analysis, and member experience drivers, and summarizing conclusions and recommendations.
