Responsibilities- Provide practical, hands‑on support for various projects and scopes.
- Maintain company assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, etc.).
- Assist in maintaining required site record documents.
- Ensure a cooperative, communicative and progressive co‑worker relationship with the field team and the division’s management team, focused on achieving project goals.
- Promote and maintain a positive professional business conduct with clients and suppliers.
- Perform other duties and accountabilities as assigned by the divisional management team.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a variety of concrete repair methods—from crack repair to surface preparation, finishing, and more.
- Nationwide travel for approximately 90–100% of the time, with rotations home every 4 or 6 weeks. Daily per‑diem, lodging and transportation expenses will be covered.
- Extensive knowledge of the construction field, including the ability to interpret technical drawings, use tools and machinery, take accurate measurements, and apply mathematical skills.
- Proven track record of mentoring personnel, enhancing productivity and managing daily work schedules efficiently.
- Strong understanding of and dedication to safety culture, regulations, performing risk assessments, and enforcing safety procedures on‑site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate between management, workers and clients.
- Computer skills and the ability to resolve on‑site issues quickly and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
Real IDs required for air travel. - Drug‑ and alcohol‑free workplace: all new hires must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Hourly rate $25–34/hr, based on experience.
