Construction Worker Needed in Smithville, TN

Quality Construction & Excavation LLC is looking to fill a full-time 5–6 days per week position. This is a MISC
-1099 independent contractor position.

• Construction work: general residential construction knowledge, including room additions, remodeling, decks, pole barns, garages, electrical, plumbing, framing, trim, tile, flooring, vinyl and Hardie siding, occasional metal roofing, and concrete.
• Excavation work: demolition, septic installation, water lines, underground electric, new service entrance, French drains, footers, lot clearing, and driveways.

• General construction experience and knowledge; ability to learn and be trained on the job as needed.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times and stay focused on tasks.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions (cold or hot).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to avoid distractions (no unnecessary use of phones during work).
• Compliant with safety and substance use policies (no illegal drugs or alcohol while on duty).
• Pay is dependent on experience and work ethic.
