Lane College in Jackson, TN seeks a Temporary Auxiliary (Flag) Instructor/Coach to lead the color guard within the marching band. You will teach flag and dance techniques, design pregame and halftime routines, and mentor student leaders throughout the academic year.
With significant experience in color guard and strong choreography skills, you will collaborate with band staff to ensure performances align with music and show themes while maintaining a positive, disciplined rehearsal environment.
