As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Locke - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. This is a hybrid sales + service role. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls daily.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes and billing questions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Support new policy sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Coachable and motivated.
- Required to get Property & Casualty Insurance licensing
