We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join us.
Our customer service representatives (CSRs) are customer and solution-focused whilst genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to listen and find solutions to meet our customer’s needs by putting themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocating for them. Customer feedback is priceless to our company and CSRs help us gather and utilize to be better.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. Our goal is to ensure we excel in customer service to all our customers and clients, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting our partners in the field to ensure our customers truly experience a great delivery experience.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to exceed satisfaction
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and clients
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and clients through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team call goals
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Document customer interactions
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Daily reports and communication via email
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of exceeding goals
- Strong phone communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with a variety of software including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite
- Customer-focused and able to pivot to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred not essential)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
