We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Decatur, GA. We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a stable, reliable work history. If you enjoy helping residents, thrive in a fast-paced property management environment, and understand affordable housing compliance, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents
- Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and manage leasing activities
- Process applications and assist with Section 8 and LIHTC documentation
- Support recertifications and ensure file accuracy
- Assist with resident relations and community engagement
- Maintain organized records and support daily office operations
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals
- Monday–Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30 minutes Lunch) Occasional after hours house resident services events
- $19-$20/hour
