The RoleAs a work‑from‑home English or Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer, you’ll contact consumers all over the United States. By closely following a provided script, you’ll gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients’ products and services. Join us and become part of a diverse and energetic team driven to collecting detailed opinions and delivering valuable quality data to our clients.
Qualifications- You have excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
- You have strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses.
- You are polite and friendly, punctual, and reliable.
- You have the ability to persuade others and give verbal direction.
- You are proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome Apps.
- You are able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently.
- You adapt quickly to new policies and procedures.
- You enjoy working independently, are self‑motivated, and excel at repetitive tasks.
Applicants selected for employment must live within the local Nashville area to collect your work equipment provided by Escalent in person.
Training Schedule- Mon, Jun 15 to Tue, Jun 16: Choose your own hours, independent work on employment forms.
- Wed, Jun 17 to Sun, Jun 21: No shifts/training.
- Mon, Jun 22 to Fri, Jun 26: 5:30pm – 9pm, online welcome meet & greet & virtual class training.
- Mon, Jun 29 to Thu, Jul 2: 5:30pm – 9pm, online virtual class & on‑the‑job training.
- Mon, Jul 6 to Fri, Jul 10: 5:30pm – 9pm, online on‑the‑job training.
- Evening Shift: 4pm – 9pm, 5pm – 9pm, or 6pm – 9pm.
- Hours:
15–25 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday shifts available.
