Respond to calls or contact customers regarding the status of shipments, billing questions, CODs, Driver Collect, tracing, problems, or rating information;
Call and schedule delivery appointments;
Enter closed, dispatched, and arrived loads into the computer;
Provide clerical support to the Service Center Account Managers, Account Executives, or Senior Account Executives;
Make follow-up calls to customers as requested
