Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of contract services or related industries is a plus
