Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and organized Dispatcher to support our service team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time. This is a fast‑paced role where strong communication and multitasking skills are key.

Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls professionally
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians
- Communicate job details between customers and field teams
- Update and manage service orders accurately
- Adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues
- Monitor job progress and follow up as needed
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills (CRM or scheduling systems a plus)
- Team‑oriented with a customer‑first mindset
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus
- Experience with scheduling software (Service Titan preferred) is a plus
- Office-based role
- Heavy phone and computer use
- Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
