We are protective of our patient experience and practice flow. To succeed in this pivotal role, you must bring:

• Dental Office Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of dental office experience is required. You must understand hygiene procedure timing, periodontal recall intervals, and clinical workflow.
• Proven Recall Mastery: Experience managing hygiene re-care systems, reactivation campaigns, and fill-in strategies for last-minute schedule gaps.
• Customer-Centric Communication: A warm, confident, and persuasive phone voice that makes patients feel cared for while emphasizing the importance of their preventive visits.
• Steady Work History: A demonstrated track record of stability, loyalty, and long-term commitment in your previous employment.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail: Precise record-keeping, accurate schedule entry, and relentless follow-through on patient unscheduled treatment lists.
• Tech-Savvy: Prior proficiency with Dentrix and automated patient communication platforms is highly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
