Job Summary
The Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University's traditional undergraduate admissions enterprise. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM), this position is responsible for executing recruitment strategies, supervising key admissions leaders, managing enrollment pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional prospective student experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Job Duties
* Work closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop, implement, evaluate, and manage a comprehensive admissions/recruitment plan for traditional undergraduate students.
* Translate institutional enrollment goals into actionable recruitment plans, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
* Monitor funnel metrics (inquiry, applicant, admit, deposit, enrollment) and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve yield and net tuition revenue.
* Oversee application review processes and admissions decisions in alignment with institutional policies.
* Ensure consistent, timely communication with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment lifecycle.
* Provide direct leadership to the Director of Campus Visits and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions.
* Support hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of Undergraduate Admissions staff.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and student-centered service.
* Guide recruitment strategies including campus visits, travel, digital communication, events, and territory management.
* Partner with enrollment data and CRM personnel to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective use of technology platforms.
* Utilize enrollment analytics to inform strategic decisions and provide regular updates to the VPEM.
* Serve as a member of departmental and university-wide committees and teams as assigned.
* Assume other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in a related field of study and at least five years of experience in university admissions and student recruitment. Successful candidates must have a passion for Christian higher education, an understanding of the undergraduate admissions process, willingness to travel, and a high degree of initiative.
Preferred Qualifications Christian Requirement
Successful candidates must be professing Christians who are active members of a local church, enthusiastically support Union University's Identity, Mission, Core Values, and Statement of Faith, and articulate a Christian worldview in their work and life.
