Position Overview
The All Saints Pastoral Residency exists to form clergy through deep immersion in parish life, intentional mentoring, and structured opportunities for growth and discernment. We are seeking a called and capable Anglican priest with emotional maturity, a teachable spirit, and a demonstrated love for the local church. Ideal residents bring at least two years of active involvement or service in a parish context and a desire to grow in pastoral leadership within the life of a healthy congregation.
All Saints Anglican Church is a vibrant, multi-generational parish rooted in historic Anglican worship and a clear mission: to share in the life of God for the life of the world. Founded in 2004, we gather around 190 each Sunday for worship shaped by prayer, hospitality, and spiritual formation.
